a. To protect, promote, and enhance the professional interests of insurance surveyors.

b. To develop the insurance surveyor profession as a dignified, respectable, and professional service.

c. To disseminate public awareness regarding the insurance survey profession, promote service orientation, and conduct programs for capacity building of insurance surveyors.

d. To carry out research related to insurance survey activities.

e. To study the problems of insurance surveyors and work towards appropriate solutions.

f. To play a necessary role in the formulation of policies, rules, and regulations related to the insurance survey profession.

g. To carry out any other necessary activities related to the profession.

h. To represent and participate in national and international programs.

i. To obtain membership with international associations and institutions, maintain cordial relationships, and exchange ideas and information.

j. While conducting the activities of this organization, approvals shall be obtained from the concerned authorities in accordance with the Insurance Act and prevailing regulations, wherever required, and programs shall be implemented accordingly.

k. In the event that any governmental body, national or international organization, institution, or individual requests survey-related consultancy or other services, such services may be provided, either by charging a prescribed fee or free of cost, as deemed appropriate.
